Macy's Column, May 2000

Welcome to my first column at this exclusive address. I will be writing regular notes about my life, my friends and life in EC1M. It's so exciting!

I've had to do a lot of shopping recently to furnish my new suite. Terry the shopfitter has supplied some lovely knick-knacks for the lounge and Puji, the Japanese corner shop, some further shelving and storage. My driver took me down to the H & Sons Haberdashery in Knightsbridge for some adorable fabrics. After all that I had to restock my champagne from Ms Selfridges and purchase a few nibbles from Marlebone High Street Waits' Grocers after I had been to get my hair done by Phil at It's Marvellous in Soho.

I had such a wonderful evening at Penthouse (at Heaven) recently. It was so glam.orous. Giddy Gavin was conducting while all the boys and girls were having such a good time. However, I hear that due to Penthouse's popularity and because some misguided rough types decided to visit, the evening has been made even more exclusive. So exclusive that I don't think any of you will be able to find it! I know where it is though.

I must say I was very surprised that Fluid didn't ask me to model for their April edition with that nice young man.

Instead they used some hussy which they'd dragged off the streets. I reproduce some pictures here for you to see what a terrible mistake they made. I'm sure the man in the pictures really wanted me instead.
